Three awesome bands recently rocked the UAA Den at the second in a series of KRUA 88.1 FM sponsored local music shows. Spitshine, Driveline and Nothing Less brought a crowd of about 100 to their feet.
Spitshine rocked out with the lead-singer's gravely voice and the skater-inspired instrumentals to the song "Lucky."
Next up was the wild and ruckus band Driveline. This song is actually their one slower song, titled "Sometimes." And while the song isn't exactly moshable, it's still an awesome tune.
The last band was Nothing Less. With one CD already out, and another on the way, they have captured the hearts, ears and loyalty of music fans across Alaska. "She's the Bomb" is one of their brand-new tunes.
